River access allows opportunities for walks or trout fishing.Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony,Wineries,wonderful restaurants and cafes are only a short drive away. Beaches, golf courses and shopping close by. We are situated between Hastings and the Art Deco City, Napier. Birchcroft is a studio sized self contained cottage with one bedroom and is set in our beautiful home garden which is surrounded by Orchard.
Cooking facilities include a microwave, a single element benchtop oven, electric frypan for roasting,a toasted sandwich maker and toaster or cook alfresco on the Gas BBQ

The cottage has an outdoor area in a peaceful garden setting with BBQ. Access to the Tuki Tuki River which is reknown for excellent trout fishing and whitebaiting. The Rotary Pathways for cycling and walking link Birchcroft to Napier and Havelock North. This is a wonderful way to see the Heretaunga Plains.
The cottage is studio-sized and does not have a washing machine.
